The customer will receive an email confirmation once the order is processed and again when it has been shipped, including a tracking number whenever available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China to the destination country using international postal services and logistics partners.

Notes: Delivery times may vary depending on the product, time of year, logistics capacity of local postal services, and customs clearance procedures.
3.2. Possible Delays
In some cases—such as customs inspections, international logistics delays, regional conflicts, pandemics, or peak seasonal periods—delivery may extend up to 40 business days .
We continuously monitor shipments and provide updates whenever possible.
4. Shipping Costs
We apply a simple and transparent shipping structure:

Standard International Shipping (from China to destination countries): May be free for selected products or may carry a flat fee depending on the item's weight, dimensions, or category.

5. Order Tracking
Whenever possible, we provide a tracking number , allowing the customer to monitor the package from the country of origin to final delivery.

6. Orders Containing Multiple Products
Due to the dropshipping system , products may come from different suppliers. For this reason:

Each package may have its own tracking number.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information .
If an order is returned to the supplier due to:

repeated absence of the recipient,

failure to collect the package from a postal office,
additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Missing, or Failed Deliveries
If the shipping carrier confirms that the order was lost or misplaced , we offer:

A full refund of the amount paid.
If tracking indicates the item was delivered but the customer reports it as not received, a logistics investigation must be initiated, which may take between 5 and 20 business days.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
Most shipments to Romania, the Czech Republic, and Hungary pass through customs without additional charges due to EU low-value import regulations. However:

Any applicable customs fees , VAT, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
