1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Due to Change of Mind)
1.1. Return Period
The customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract, without the need to provide any reason.
1.2. Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of improper use, in its complete original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documents. We do not accept returns of products that have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
1.3. Return Process

The customer must inform us of their intention to return the product via email at nomadpress1@gmail.com or by letter sent to our address. -
Shipment:
After our confirmation, the customer has 14 (fourteen) days to ship the product to our warehouse in Portugal:

Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
1.4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund of the amount paid (including the initial shipping costs, except for any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option we offer) will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
1.5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery (e.g., certain personal-use appliances such as electric toothbrushes or shavers if the packaging has been opened).
2. Legal Warranty (Defective or Damaged Products)
2.1. Warranty Period
All products sold come with a 30 (thirty)-days Legal Warranty from the date of delivery, as established by European Union law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities.
2.2. Claim and Resolution
If the product shows a defect during the warranty period, the customer must contact us immediately via email at nomadpress1@gmail.com or by phone at +351966617659. The customer has the right to request, in order of priority:

Repair of the product.

Replacement of the product.

An appropriate price reduction or contract termination (full refund), if repair or replacement is not possible or not completed within a reasonable time.
2.3. Return Costs for Defective Products
In cases of defective or non-conforming products, the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Portugal will be fully covered by our store.
3. Shipping and Delivery Information
Our store is committed to providing clear information on estimated delivery times at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our logistics and the origin of the products, delivery times may be longer than usual. The customer will always be updated about the status of their order.
