At Nomadpress, we take pride in the engineering of our coffee machines. Whether you are brewing in Prague or Bucharest, we want your experience to be seamless. This policy outlines our commitment to quality and your rights as a consumer in Romania and the Czech Republic.
1. 🛡️ 30-Day "Perfect Brew" Guarantee
We offer an extended 30-day money-back guarantee (double the EU legal requirement of 14 days). If the machine doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The machine must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (portafilters, manuals, etc.).

Hygiene: As coffee machines come into contact with water and food, the machine must be thoroughly cleaned and emptied of water/beans before return.

Refund: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned unit.
2. ⚖️ 2-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with EU Directives and national laws in Romania and the Czech Republic, all Nomadpress machines are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee against manufacturing defects and non-conformity.

Year 1: Defects appearing within the first 12 months are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

Year 2: For defects appearing after the first year, we may require proof that the defect is a manufacturing issue.
3. ⏱️ Our 30-Day Repair Commitment
We respect your time. For any valid warranty claim in Romania or the Czech Republic:

We commit to repairing or replacing your machine within 30 calendar days from the moment you notify us and the machine is made available for inspection.

If we cannot resolve the issue within this 30-day window, you are entitled to a full refund or a brand-new replacement.
4. ❌ Warranty Exclusions (Maintenance is Key)
Coffee machines are precision instruments. The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Limescale Damage: Failure to descale the machine according to the manual is the leading cause of pump failure and is not covered.

Inappropriate Water: Damage caused by using mineral water or excessively hard water.

Commercial Use: Use of domestic models in cafes, offices, or commercial settings.

Consumables: Natural wear of O-rings, seals, and filter baskets.

Voltage Issues: Damage caused by power surges or incorrect electrical connection.
5. 🛠️ How to File a Claim
If your Nomadpress machine is not heating, leaking, or behaving unusually:

Visual Evidence: Attach a photo or a short video of the issue to speed up the diagnosis.

Collection: We will provide instructions for shipping the unit to our authorized service center. Please retain your original box for safe transport.
