Thank you for choosing Nomadpress. We want you to love your new coffee ritual. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days, which is more than double the standard European legal requirement.
1. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your coffee machine for any reason within 30 calendar days from the day you (or a person designated by you) received the product.
2. Condition of the Machine for Returns
To ensure a full refund, the machine must be returned in "Like-New" condition. This means:

Original Packaging: The machine must be returned in its original box with all internal protective foam and packaging materials.

Complete Accessories: All components (portafilters, baskets, spoons, manuals, etc.) must be included.

Hygiene & Care: The water tank and internal circuits must be emptied and dried. There should be no coffee residue or scratches on the drip tray or housing.
Note: If the machine shows signs of significant wear or is damaged due to poor return packaging, a deduction may be applied to your refund to cover the loss in value.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Opened bags of coffee beans or ground coffee.

Opened descaling solutions or cleaning tablets.

Personalized or custom-made accessories.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email support@nomadpress.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Label: Our team will provide you with the return address.

Pack Securely: Use the original box. Place the original box inside a shipping carton to prevent damage to the branded packaging during transit.

Ship: Send the package using a trackable shipping service.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning the machine because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Item: If the machine arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, Nomadpress will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Included Costs: We will refund the full price of the product plus the basic outbound shipping cost you paid when ordering.
7. Specific Local Information
For Customers in Romania (ANPC): In accordance with OUG 34/2014, you have a legal right to return products. Our 30-day policy exceeds this legal requirement to give you extra peace of mind.
For Customers in the Czech Republic (ČOI): In accordance with the Czech Civil Code (Section 1829), you have a legal right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. Our 30-day policy is a voluntary extension of this right.
